How do I cancel my subscription?
First access your Cloakup. After accessing it, you will select the settings option as shown in the image.
You will click on “Subscriptions” and then on the “Cancel Subscription” option
You will then be asked to fill in the reasons why you want to cancel your plan. It is necessary to fill in all fields, otherwise it will not be possible to send the cancellation request.
After that, your request will be sent to the help center. Just wait for the help center to get in touch.
